Buck scoring contest
Today on the N1 Outdoors N1 Minute, we get the chance to take a look at a great whitetail buck taken by West Wells of Hawkinsville, Georgia. This buck was taken by rifle in Pulaski County on November 21st, 2015. You can submit your best guess on the score of this buck in the comments below. The person with the closest gross score before deductions, will win the N1 Outdoors Hide ‘N Seek Buck tshirt.
Good luck to all of you and thank you again to Wes for allowing us to share his buck with the N1 Outdoors community.
For you hunters out there, the wait until the start of deer season can seem like an eternity. But don’t just sit around waiting. It’s never too early to start thinking about access routes to your stand. Start clearing now, and it will only take a few minutes in the weeks prior to the season and will limit the amount of scent you leave in those locations.
Remember, wind direction is critical to entry and exit routes so you want to do everything you can to stay downwind of bedding areas as well as travel routes that lead to food sources. Thanks for joining us for this edition of the N1 Outdoors N1 Minute.
