D. Price has over four decades of experience in the taxidermy industry. He is the owner and operator of Outback Taxidermy, a full-time taxidermy studio in Youngsville, NC. D began his taxidermy career back in 1986, when he served as an apprentice for the Carolina Fur Dressing Co. in Raleigh, NC. He specializes in mammal taxidermy, and has nearly 20 years of experience in fur dressing. In addition to skin preperation, he is also an expert in hair-on tanning.
